Various campaigners and activists will also address the rally – and there’ll be a special appearance by Bosco, who, along with fellow children’s puppet Dustin, came out in support of a Yes vote last month.Ī spokesperson for Mothers and Fathers Matter – the main campaign group on the No side – said it wasn’t planning any similar public events. So far, Senator Katherine Zappone is the only politican’s name on the bill. Organised by campaign group LGBT Noise and hosted by comedian and actress Tara Flynn, organisers say they’re hoping thousands will attend their ‘Be There For Yes’ rally at Merrion Square West at 2pm, outside Government Buildings. Well, probably the biggest campaign event on the Yes side happens in Dublin tomorrow. So what’s happening over the final few weeks – before the country goes to the polls on 22 May? #marref /aekO6E2GFS- Buzz O'Neill-Maxwell May 7, 2015 But overall I would say before this I was eating 50/50 healthy and junk and we are definitely at that 80/20 balance that I’ve been searching for right now.The mothers and fathers matter press release response to is petty, childish and pointless. I’ve had a beer, a little chocolate and some fries. I bought these on Amazon during Prime Day and have found that it is so much easier to go into my fridge, grab out my pre-measured meal and go.Īnd although my meal prep has been on point, I haven’t been completely on plan. I’ve also found that having pre-measured meals in these containers is key for me as well. Pretty boring, but its okay, I’ve gotten used to it. I’ve also had green beans, my nemesis broccoli, carrots and spinach. Not totally the Autumn way of the plan, but I’m not obviously trying to slim down like she does. Yes I’m slightly sick of it, but only 2 more weeks right? As far as carbs go, I’ve mainly done sweet potatoes, rice and bread. I cannot stand chicken sitting that long in the fridge, so this is as long as I can keep it in there. I’ve eaten mostly chicken, turkey brats and turkey meatballs. So basically my meal prep has been to make a ton of food for the first four C2C days of the week and then prep again after those are over. I can tell you that if I had to cook 3 chicken breasts every night that I probably wouldn’t be as open to following the meal plan.
I’ve learned through this that meal prep is key and meal prep of mass quantities of food is key. Honestly the days that I get to eat normally I’m regarding as cheat days now (which is insane!) So let’s go through some stats and info! Meal Prep is Key! I made it through week 1! What a week! First off, it actually wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. I’ve done the 3 day refresh as a body reset and I honestly am not sure why I thought this was going to be worse than that, but it isn’t! Yes I crave fruit and the extra carbs, but I’m managing.
